Download GP, download Little Wing in GP format, and let GP tell you for whatever section which scales are being used. Em blues mostly for the solo if I'm not mistaken.
Eh... sorry Argen, I'm on a mac. Thanks for the scales though. :)

Stairway to Freebird!
Why don't you ask your guitar teacher???
I did, he said it was good, but he quickly changed the subject to working on the rythym, I need some help on the part itself... :?
Stairway to Freebird!
E Phrygian. E, F, G, A , B, C, D.
The Bb chord is effectively used as a passing chord too, but it's notes are not diatonic to the E phrygian scale. Pay extra attention to that chord because it really adds toi the song.
Learn the pattern for this scale all the way up and down the neck. Hendrix plays the chords and embelishes them with other notes from that pattern. That's signature Hendrix chord work. Throw in alot of notes from that scale with hammers and pulls.
Thanks, man, that helps me alot when making up my solo's... 8)
