Done with the guitar pluuged straight into a Fender Hot Rod Deville and miked with an SM57. The vocals were miked with an MXL 990. They are raw tracks with no processeing except a bit of reverb. I've heard it too many times so I was wondering what someone else thought of it.

Cringe,
When I click on your link I get this error message:
This window starts the SoundClick player. If you have enabled a pop-up blocker, you can click the link here: play the song
"play the song" is underlined as if it's a link, but nothing ever comes of it for me
I can try again tomorrow in case something is just funky with it tonight.

Nice tone, you nailed the vocals and guitar. Where did you get the backing tracks?
Wow, that was real good. You definately have the tone down but I'm not sure what I like better the guitar playing or your vocals. You've got a really good voice do you sing in a band? If not you should your good.

It's a long way to the top if you want to rock n roll!
Yeah, really good. What did you do with the vocals recording wise? Is it just straight double-tracking or did you do anything else? Sounds really good, whtever it is :)

Thanks for the positive feedback everyone!! Anything anyone would change?
To answer a couple of questions.
Unfortunately that's not me singing(Nobody wants to hear me sing), it's a friend I got to do the vocals and they are just double tracked. .
The backing track is a MIDI file played through the VST instruments that come with Cubase SX.
Great sound, I can't really think of anything I would change.--the dog
Great job. You blow away Neils vox for sure but then again Neil's not known for being a singer. ...Oh? What happened. I was waitin for that incomprehensible "solo" that Neil does at the end of the song. You cut it out.....nice touch :p Tone is awesome. Playing is "spot on" as Mr. Oliver would say. Nice job.
You definately have the tone down but I'm not sure what I like better the guitar playing or your vocals.
The singing is definately better. I'm no guitar player but that boy can sing. Hopefully I'll have some originals with him singing in the near future.
