I don't know how familiar everyone here is with guitar modeling software, but some of my friends use it a lot.
One friend said to try AmpliTube, but when I went to the website, they had some kind of trailer that made it look like AmpliTube 3 might come out soon.
Has anyone heard anything about this? I don't want to spend $300 if there's a new version coming out in two weeks!
Is anyone here familiar with this product?

I think it's likely T-racks3. According to the blurb, they pioneered this software. I don't think they pioneered Amp sims. That would be Line6. I could be wrong.

Me thinks this topic is fishy. For the rest: no idea. I'm happy enough with Peavey Revalver to care too much, you can download the full-working demo from the Peavey site.
