I have an MBox Studio. Along with it came Pro Tools LE and seveal plugins. There is an awsome drum program called BFD that runs as a plugin but I can't figure out how to actually record the drums to a track in PT. Any ideas?

BFD is essentially a sampler. For the most part people use it for drum replacement but you should be able to use midi loops or you could step edit a midi track in ProTools' midi editor. BFD should have come with a loop library though. Is this not so?
.....just checking out the site. It appears that BFD has it's own "Groove editor". That would be the ticket to step editing. Other than that, you should be able to trigger drums via a midi controller keyboard. You can find more info on their site:

Incidentally, the midi grooves should be drag and drop. So you should be able to put together a beat in minutes.
