I have a few favorites I found on soundclick.com. (I post my music there as well)>
I would like to burn a CD from my favorites, but am not sure how.
is it possible?
talk to me.
Hi Dogbite
You can always download the .mp3 files to you computer, convert them to .wav format and then burn a CD with the .wav files.
Windows Mediaplayer 11 can burn CD from .wav files.
And you can use Audacity to convert .mp3 to .wav.
Kalle
Tanglewood TW28STE (Shadow P7 EQ) acoustic
Yamaha RGX 320FZ electric guitar/Egnater Tweaker 15 amp.
Yamaha RBX 270 bass/Laney DB 150 amp.

Or you can use iTunes for burning the CD from .mp3 files directly.

I dont do itunes, but I use Audacity and my Cubase for making MP3 and or WAV files.
but on the sounndclick.com site I have not found a way to pull a song to the burn program.
the songs posted on soundclick are MP3 already. I havent figured out the way to put them on desktop or another place so I can ID it for the CD burn.
apparently, I am not getting it yet. I will mess around.
thanks for your ideas.
On the artist's song page, for the songs that are downloadable, there's 'mp3, lo-fi, hi-fi.' The ones that aren't downloadable don't have the 'mp3' choice as you know.
Next to the mp3, there's that little dot with the downward pointing arrowhead. Click that and you'll get the prompt Open, Save, Cancel. If you click the Save, you'll get another prompt for location, and that's where you can choose where you want to download the file (you can also right-click the word 'mp3' and get similar prompts).
You can download it to the Desktop or create a folder on the Desktop and download into that, then when you have a bunch of tunes, you can drag them into the burner window and do the burn.
Hope this helps.
demo...I was going to write you, but you bat me to it.
that's the answer.. cool.
Hey man, why don't you put your soundclick adress in your 'website' field in your profile? Now noone can actually go there to check it out...

Or better still, put it in your signature :D
Playing guitar and never playing for others is like studying medicine and never working in a clinic.
I have an account with them, but haven't post anything yet.
I want to post some slide samples someday, to break the ice, then probably some covers.
I added my signature.!
Hey Dogbite, that's some pretty cool singing you got going on there!
who me or Jennifer? I am just regaining my pipes. Jennifer is the pro.
thanks. :)
Oh her too, but I meant that Dylan tune.
Great job on that.
Demo. I knew that. appreciate it.
I saw that you downloaded Searching for Manuel.
