Behringer Tube Ultragain Mic200 preamp, anybody ever use one? I came across a local one, and I am wondering if it would be good for acoustic recordings?

When I read the manual http://www.behringerdownload.de/MIC200/MIC200_ENG_Rev_A.pdf
it seems to be very good for recordings with a Mic, Acoustic/electric guitar and also a pure electric guitar. And it will give the possibility to use all types of good mics with XLR connector (dynamic or condenser with phantom feeding).
