In my surfing I found a site with a downloadable copy of Django Reinhardt playing. It's in the form of a newsreel explaining and introducing him and his bandmates, good quality and worth the download to watch. Django is one of those guitar players I've heard about and so his name was familiar to me. Why you might be interested in looking at this is that Django was a pioneer in jazz music and was the first important jazz musician to be born in Europe. The amazing thing about him was that at the age of 18 he was badly injured in a fire, the third and fourth fingers of his fretting hand were badly burned. In the video you can see clearly how he is able to fret with the two fingers and thumb, quite amazing.
