I have been performing for some years now as a soloist but my strength if you like is vocals and guitar has always been mainly rythm with a lick here or there nothing flash. But I have found that it recent times that my guitar work has improved enough that I am confident to play the odd lead. I use a Fender PA 6 channel with Fender 150 W speakers but because of some of the venues I play, they are cramped and so I mainly use 1 speaker consoling the PA on top. I play a Fender telecoustic through the PA and wanted to know what are the better settings for guitar using this setup. The PA only has Treble/Mid/ Bass/Reverb/with EQ and the guitar is a little thin in places.

Probably best to get some sort of pre amp for your guitar. This will give you a far better tone in general.

As for EQ, if it's sounding a bit thin, boost the mids a bit, but not too much. The key to good EQ adjustment is subtlety.
