Hello, i have a fender gt amp, a 30 watt.
It has 5 channels, a clean, to distortion channel.
It has been a good amp.
However right now it seems as if it wont play about a very small volume, and when i hit it or tap it it will play at regular volume aggain, but the after a few seconds it dies aggain.
Its not a tub amp.
The problem is not in the cables or the guitar i tested all of them its the amp. Any suggestions what i can do?
you could bring it in to your local guitar store and ask what they thing about it
Unless your know elecronics I would also recommend to take it in and have it serviced. It could be anything from a bent input jack, bad contacts in the controls, bad power supply, lose wire to the speaker, etc, to name a few. Without testing it personally its really hard to trouble shoot.
