Hey ive got a Peavey 260H standard and i would like to find some information about it as i have searched the internet for far too long now and have never found anything about it, just something like when they were made, what bands used them and basically why theres nothing about them, not even any videos, are they rare or something ?
Those were from the '70s.
Peavey gear from that era was affordable and almost indestructible. Just what a weekend warrior or "B circuit" bar band needed.
They would have been common for bar bands, dance bands and the like. Common enough to not be worth mentioning.
And that's probably why you can't find much video on them. It wasn't rock star gear, it was "blue collar" working musician stuff.
And no one took cameras to the bars in the '70s.
