???I recently seen a band that in between songs the guy stepped on a large processor and it created different sounds(even movie quotes) through his amp. I want one of these things, any suggestions

A little more information on the name of the band would Help. There are many pieces of Equipment that can do this. Midi floor processors can be connected to any numbers of things from Keyboards, effect modules, you name it.
Your going to have to help narrow it down.
