You need to know the type numbers of the tubes. You may still be able to read them off the broken tubes. There may be a label inside the amp showing the tube types. You may have to hunt for information and a schematic of the amp, which is doable with Google, etc. There are lots of tube dealers online. Antique Electronics Supply http://tubesandmore.com/ and Triode Electronics http://triodeelectronics.com/ are a couple of them that I've dealt with and recommend.

You'll probably have to replace the electrolytic capacitors in the amp, and likely the paper capacitors have gone bad too if the environment was damp. (As it was if the chassis has rusted.) Old carbon composition resistors may well have changed values, too. May get to be a moderately ambitious project.

If I were you I'd take it to a good tube amp tech. Don't take it to just any old electronic or amp repair; if the tech isn't fairly knowledgeable they can quickly screw it up. Send me a PM with what town you live in and I can refer you to one, if you need me to.
