Hey Gang
I live in alberta but work in the Gulf of Mexico.
Ive been playing on & off for years, with not much sucess, but since getting on GuitarNoise I have been playing much better! The lessons are well thought out & really make me think a lil deeper than just copying tabs...
Ive already got plenty of Q's buzzing in my head so Ill be lurking quite a bit!
Play a ruby red strat while my dads old guitar gets rebuilt

Welcome to GN, sharp21!
I always enjoy the lessons, too - not only are they well thought out and far more than just a straight tab, David usually throws in a couple of twists of his own - and I've found from experience I can usually use what I've learned somewhere else!

"Don't wanna ride no shootin' star. Just wanna play on the rhythm guitar." Emmylou Harris, "Rhythm Guitar" from "The Ballad of Sally Rose"
Thats what I have found. I can take the lesson & apply it in different ways.
For the first time I am starting to understand the fretboard
