Hello from a beautiful sunny (yeah!) New Zealand.

What a great site! Wish I new about it earlier. Oh well, better late than never.
I never had any formal guitar training - or informal for that matter and had to learn (am learning) myself. It's great fun and I enjoy playing but think it is time for some more in depth training and guitarnoise will definitely be part of it. I've been invited to play in a jam session on Monday night and although I am looking forward to it, I'm also nervous as the other guys are all excellent musicians.

Well, happy playing everyone and thanks for this site.
