Newbie here from Boston. Got an acoustic Yamaha guitar for Christmas. I can play about 12 songs now. The first was Zombie by the Cranberries. Learned a couple of Neil Young songs. Currently, I am trying Cinammon Girl, I downloaded the lesson from David Hodge. I'm driving my wife absolutely bonkers, especially when I play the intro to La Bamba by Los Lobos. My only regret is that I didn't take up the guitar earlier in my life.

Well, she signed on for richer or poorer, better or worse.
I assume she's going through the worse part . . . just keep reassuring her
you're going to "make it better".

When I heard "Wanted" by the Cranberries, it got me started. Although, officially my first song was Take It Easy by the Eagles.
