I am on my (well let's just say I have lost count) newest start to playing guitar. I have found a very good teacher, although temporary (we have agreed to 10 weekly forty-five minute long lessons). He had suggested using acoustic guitars so that neither of us would have to haul a lot of equipment around. I was fine with that since I had just bought a new acoustic anyway. I thought that I would snap some pictures to share with you. Nothing fancy…it's a CD140-SCE Fender acoustic-electric. I love the cutaway design and the action was really nice right out of the box.

Click on the pictures' "thumbnail" image to view a larger picture.

Enjoy!

What a cutie! Is that from Funky Munky?

Thanks Crow! No, I got it at GC (I traded some unused gear). I haven't been to Funky Munky in a while and I don't believe that they are a Fender dealer. I used to go by there every couple of months or so when I worked in Kansas. Now I am among the many unemployed so I haven't even been that way for about 6 months.

Congrats, KC. Happy playing.
That shot of the back, with the reflections of the windows and floor, is great!

They still have some models like that, unfortunately.

But yes, this one is much better.

Congrats KC!
