How remiss of me - been celebrating with a few beers, and forgot to post a follow up to the "I'll be away for a while" thread......
I was celebrating because the results of the biopsy came back and it seems I've got a few years left yet...apparently it was a pre-cancerous benign growth, nothing serious but it was upsetting my digestive system....
I know, I know, I should have said something sooner rather than later - but I was up on cloud#9, didn't give a hoot for the rest of the world.....
On the down side, seems like you're all stuck with me for another few thousand posts.......
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for your good wishes - times like this, you find out who your friends are - I've got more than I ever dreamed of!
