Thanks Everyone,
Hilch, you blew me away Man, very nice indeed.
At lunch the kids & I took a little tour of the MF scratch & dent shop at their new Digs. Nothing affordable came home with me.
Got a new 4GB Zen V mp3 player with FM radio built in, it also has the ability to play videos. so i guess that's kind of a music related present.

Ah, but did anything unaffordable come home with you? :D

Here is to you as good as you are
And here is to me as bad as I am
As good as you are and as bad as I am
I'm as good as you are as bad as I am
Gosh soon you'll be approaching middle-aged, and you can have a mid-life crisis and go out and buy all sorts of guitars :D

Actually, Middle-age should be, pedantically speaking - and if we take the biblical three-score-years-and-ten as standard - from 23 years and 4 months to 46 years and 8 months.......
So Lefty, along with a lot more of us, is now officially in his dotage - and has been for a while!
Pass me my axe, my false teeth, my ear-trumpet and my zimmer frame, would you?
:D :D :D

My father and father-in-law both croaked at 75, so I've been working on the notion that 1-25 is Youth, 26 - 50 is the Middle Age, and Old is 50 - 75. After that it's "Borrowed Time". So I'm prepared to give him a few more months yet before he joins us in his dotage. Or as I prefer to call it, my 'anec-dotage' - i.e. that time of life when you tell your mates rambling stories that start with "Stop me if I've told you this before...." - to which they reply "It won't matter if you have mate, I won't remember it anyway...."
Cheers,
Chris
Happy Birthday TL, don't worry about approaching 50, I got there last year and feel fine.
My two boys 2 and 6 keep me young!
Cheers
