Arnold Layne is a fine bit of 60's pop, you can hear it on the site.
The Barrett family, (in particular Syd's sister Rosemary Breen) are behind the site which is supportive of The Syd Barrett Fund, set up to raise funds for arts projects in the mental health sector.
Thanks for sharing that link, it's an interesting look at Barrett from a sympathetic and supportive perspective. It's a shame that Barrett's contributions to Floyd are almost totally unknown to a vast number of Floyd fans. :(

Syd was inspirational for the band... even after he left a lot of songs and themes were about him.
He was the main reason the band went as far as they did although he was not there for most of it.
