The last minute scramble for places caused by schools realising they should have booked a teacher has worked out well. I just took on two more schools for afternoon slots so that makes five, with something like 44 students.

We've just had a few days away in The Cotswolds (very nice scenic part of England) and I've just come back to a request to take on another school - so that makes six, with something like 46 students.

Yeeee haaaaaaaahhh

I'm trying to imagine what a band with 46 guitar players would sound like . . .

. . . guitarnoise?

It's the rock that gives the stream its music . . . and the stream that gives the rock its roll.

Well, a band with 20 guitar players in Essex is known as the Essex Guitar Group, and another one of similar size in Cambridge is knows as the Cambridge Guitar Orchestra. And that's just the groups I play with. There's a lot of it about.

Do the Guitar Noise Jams still happen? I promised to do a slot in one and then lost the files a couple of years ago, but they used to be a good way of getting loads of us playing together.

A quick update from everybody's favourite Rollmop - it's now 49 students across those six schools, with one more to start after the half term holiday.

Is that "one more" student or "one more" school?

Either way, congratulations! It sounds like you've certainly got a lot of students and hopefully they're keeping you busy!

Peace

That's one more student. I couldn't take on any more schools now, I'm full. Space for a few private students each late afternoon/ early evening but that's it.
