Thank You

I can assure you Margaret that all the segments came to me
separately so if there was any collusion it was not on my part.
These four guys made it very easy on me to mix this. They all
send in great well timed tracks that plugged right in. The only
production I had to do was some volume adjustments and a
bit of compression. It was a great deal of fun sitting back and
facilitating this jam and watching it all come together without
the worry of playing . I would recommend trying that route
to any of our Host/Jammers.

Happy Jammin'

John

Thanks for listening and the nice comments everybody

cheers to my fellow jammers - nice work! Thanks to john for putting it together nicely

Perhaps we should post equipment used etc - I for one, am interested in how you've produced your sound.

myself: fender thinline tele --> external sound card --> audacity. No effects, just brutal honesty. I've made a pact with myself: "thou shall not hide thy insufficient playing techniques behind the evils of modern technology" ;)

I used the following equipment on my track:

Epi LP Standard - Arion Tubulator OD pedal, (5, 3, & 11 on the dials), - Ibanez Digital Delay, (3, 1, & 3 on the dials), - Epi Valve Jr amp head, (set to 2 o'clock), - attenuator - Fender 12" speaker. 8)

Dan

Oh yea, I miked the speaker with a cheap pc microphone & used Audacity to record.

Schecter C1EA > Traynor amp > Condensor mic'd > Mobile Pre > Laptop (Audacity)

I thought it sounded very similar in style. It was a really fun jam to do.
