If I ever manage to get something done for Dan's jam I'll have a go at this.....
(I'll try again tonight, Dan, promise!)

Eeeeeeeasily my favorite jam along song. :D
I thought that the backing track was quite a full backing track. That meant, personally it didn't sound like that there was much room for coming in over the top. As such I use a more poppy backing track that just has drums and bass and a few rhythmic "chucks".
I'd gladly upload it for the more able members who could fill it out better, or even those that just want to try. :?:
I might stick somethign up if I get the time... too.

This is me on lead guitar and vox with my brother in law Paul on rhythm guitar and his young nephew Seth on drums :D
I have to say it's a good effort by all in that take! The lead is actually pretty special I think, but what adds to it is the fact that you can almost feel the other players trying to get it just right but keep in line with the feel of chucking stuff in.
Good stuff. Keep it going!

OK, mine is sent in. I just let it fly warts and all  No editing , not much production. This was a JAM after all  I used my Strat and Epiphone valve head. I overdubbed the chorus times two as a tribute to the J.H. experience :D
My daughter's boyfriend is from the Albany area ... Guilderland ...... don't know if I spelled it right. :? Yeah north of there ..... St. Lawrence river. North east of Oswego. It's a couple of hours away. I'm in the Thousand Islands region. Was down your way last August to see Blue Oyster Cult at the Empire Plaza. Awsome show .. and free!
