Anyone interested in doing a jam on top of a backing track I'm making? It's based on Cream's Strange Brew. I'm really only interested in doing the bass work and letting some of you guys handle the guitars. I may throw some rhythm guitar on there, unless someone else is interested in that. I recorded 1 12 bar section so you can hear how it sounds. Let me know who is interested and I'll do a full length with enough room for everyone. I figure everyone can take 2 12 bar sections.
Here's an mp3 with the sample...

I'd like to give that a go, Jeff.
Had a bunch of ideas for lead phrases on first listen...just a matter if I can play some of them.
And hey, OT, Happy Birthday! :)

Count me in :D but all I have is a cheap webcam mic - I do have a mixing desk but which actually has USB cable but dunno how to link all these things up :/
together we stand, divided we fall..........
Cool guys! I'll try to finalize the backing track this weekend and post it here. I was messing around the other day and decided I'd take a section as well. If we can 1 or 2 more on it, that would be perfect.
If it's not too late I'll sign up too. Thanks !
Definitely not hammer1. That will give us 4, so let's move ahead with it. I will post the backing track by this weekend. I figure everyone take 2-4 rounds through the progression, I'll have to time it out and see how long that is.
Hi
I am interested to be in on this jam with my new "baby" , a Squier Affinity strat.
This backing also fits to the song "Crossroad" in good way.
