Well, what dayaknow, I'm done!
Just need to send it out to you now.
If I read correctly I just shoot it out to whatever AT chordsandscales.co.uk?

Do you need both files?
What the heck, I'll send them both anyways.

It's nothing too fancy, I didn't stray much off from the original while still being different and leading of to whatever will come after.
The ending might spill over a bit on spot#2, if it doesn't fit well just cut it off.
It was done thinking it might no suite what OWA will come up with so it shouldn't be too complicated just to terminate my take a little earlier. It just sounded cool on its own.

Lemme know if you don't get the files.

Yves

Yep, email addy is fine.

I'm at work at the mo, and going for a jam with a mate on the way home so I won't be back home for a loooong time... but I'm sure they'll be great, and I'll check when I do get back

All received, TTCO, sounds great!

Slight (and not entirely genuine ) scowl for not leaving the alignment clicks in the solo track, but fortunately they were still in the full track... so I lined up the full track to the backing track, then the solo track to the full track, then deleted the full track. 'Tis perfectly lined up. :)

Just for the benefit of the others, CFB and OWA are both on the case...

 You're so right, I totally forgot about those clicks at the beginning.
Well, to my defense, it's only my second jam in here.
The jams I'm used to, at other places, are for the full track, not just part of it.
I need to keep that in mind and not forget those clicks at the start the next time around.

Sorry for the extra work. :(

No problem at all, it was literally an extra 30 seconds to get around it, and I spent the best part of an hour tinkering with something else I'm doing with it... I only mentioned it for future reference

I'm going to have to back out due to personal and medical reasons. Sorry for bailing at the last minute. Good luck to everyone else.

OK OWA, no worries. Hope it all sorts itself out soon.

I'll not open the slot again though, I'll trim the silence down after I've mixed the rest together. TCCO's and Boogie's parts both fit around that idea nicely... and I have a little time to kill in the song anyway, for something that I've added to the end

We seem to have 'stagnated' a bit.

ColoradoFenderBender, I know you got hurt a while back. Are you feeling better?

CFB still having a tough time with his knee, but was going to be working on his bit this weekend, and I've got a (tiny) little bit of tweaking to do once I get that part...

That's cool Mis. Thanks for the update.

And let me join Boogie to wish CFB a prompt recovery.

By the way Mis, the thread title still says "one slot open" which is not reallt true since you decided to ditch the silence part.
Just mentionning ya know...
