Has anyone played (or does anyone own) the Jeff Beck signature Strat? If so, I'd like to read your impressions of it. I'm speaking of the less expensive one ($1300 I believe). Also, does anyone know what the difference is between this model and the more expensive one? I looked at the specs and they seem the same to me.
I already own an American Strat with the single coil noiseless pickups and am wondering what sort of difference there is between that and the dual coil. Thanks in advance!

The difference is often that the more expensive one is made in the custom shop, by a luthier, rather than in the factory by a worker.

The humbucker has a heavier, thicker sound than the single coil.
