i just got a tele in tranaparent red. i think it's the same color as yours. mine is the Highway 1. Made in America wasn't the reason I got it. For me it was between the Lite Ash, the Nashville and this one. In the end I liked this one better.
I think you got a bargain. I bought mine at Guitar Center because, for one, they had it, but for two I have fifteen months to think about paying it off.
