Any thoughts on George 'Mr. Scary' Lynch? Excellent guitarist; plays with feel, speed and technical proficiency. Some of his finest work can be found on Tooth and Nail from 1984.

of Dokken?

Yes, of Dokken. Was a member of the band for several years and formed Lynch Mob around the late 80's/early 90's after parting with Don Dokken and company. Jeff Pilson, Dokken's bassist, had a main role in a movie with Mark Wahlberg back in 2001. The movie was called Rockstar and was based on 80's heavy metal. By the way, for a look at George Lynch's guitar collection, log onto http://www.georgelynch.com/guitars.html . I think you'll find the guitars interesting. 8)

This totally off topic but I met George in the mid 90's when he was playing a club in CT with his band Lynch Mob.
My daughter babysat on the tour bus for his kid that was travelling with him at the time.
He's OK, but I never was much for his music, but he can play.

It's a long way to the top if you want to rock n roll!
