HI All, I've kept off two of the three pounds I lost, still got to lose about ten more, keeping up moderate exercise, once the humidity decreases here I'll get more exercise in; slipped up a couple of times for a birthday and an anniversary; will try and commit to lose 2 punds over the next two weeks, take lots of care all :)
I've taken Arjen and Margarets advice and stopped weighing myself for not. I have been eating a little better, although not much. But I have started walking 30 - 45 minutes a day.
I'd sell a guitar and take some Tae kwan do lessons myself but I'd rather be fat with more guitars.

me too.
My weigh in is on Monday, but interim non-official weight loss for the week is 2.4 lbs.
Total so far 12.4
I've lost an inch of my waist AND I touched my toes during stretches in TKD. That's a first.
I am not a real big sort of bloke and I do LOVE my BEER
But I hopped on the scales last night ( something I don't usually do )
and since Christmas I have lost 10 pounds
Just from a little exercise and eating salads and no soft drink ..
Still drink my beer though
Actually I thought my scales were broken so when I got to work I weighed myself there .. bugger me still 10 pounds lighter then last years Chrismas party where we all wieghed ourselves ..
Just thought I would share
Hilch :?:
Here is to you as good as you are
And here is to me as bad as I am
As good as you are and as bad as I am
I'm as good as you are as bad as I am
Well it's weigh in day for me, lost 2.5 lbs. this past week (ran a little over 30 miles in total). Now total of 19.5 lbs since New years, staying motivated is hard but I did sign up for that 16 week challenge which ends April 30th. 9.5 lbs. to go before then. Hang in there everyone!

Off by a little, down 13 as of today's weigh in.
Also I've dropped a waist size. I'm told to go and get rid of all the bigger size clothes this week. I'll be off to the Salvation Army.
Wearing pants that I haven't been able to wear for a couple years is fantastic.
