Hi guys ,

Today is the biggest festival in India. That is Diwali meaning the festival of lights. :D
It tremendous , there is energy everywhere around here.People are lighting crackers and the whole sky is full of wonderful sparkles and BOOMs.

I guess you also celebrated halloween recently. How was it?

The time of festivals has come now.Its really nice and i am playing guitar better than ever before.(now i jus need to study lil more....... )

This week's off and i am off to jaipur to my uncle's and its gonna be a real party around there.I just love this time of the year.

There significance of diwali is very widespread. Its not only confined to one place or one religion. It teaches us the win of good over bad , truth over false and non violence over violence and gives us the perfect examples of brotherhood and love.It regenerates our faith in god and inspires us to be a good human each and every day that passes in our life.

Well , once again and to you all , a very happy diwali and happy new year.May this new year bring happiness to you all :) (and to our guitars  )

From all of my family and nation ,
:)

Happy Diwali to you!

Today is All Saints Day, for those who keep up with such.

And my little girl is 20 today. :D

Thanks for that bit of information. I know very little about cultures outside my own.

I wish you all the best and have a happy season.

I wish you and your family a joyous celebration. My children's school often observes this festival in some small way because there are a number of Hindu families who attend as well. I think it's fantastic that my children get to learn about Hindu traditions from their friends.
