Elektrablue, I love Taj's first album. His "Celebrated Walkin' Blues" is probably my favorite of all the many versions of that I've heard. He plays the guitar part painfully slowly and behind the beat, dragging it along, building the tension, then Ry Cooder comes in with a frenetic mandolin part over it that just blows me away!

My wife picked me up Kevin Eubanks (Yes the Tonight Show's Bandleader) cd "Shrine" and I haven't been able to stop listening to it. He really should be spotlighted more on the show as opposed to having "Musical" guests like Ashley Simpson.
He has a lovely smooth sound to his playing reminisent of George Benson, or T-Bone Walkers jazzier pieces.
If you haven't heard any of hisplaying outside of the tonight show you shopuld definatley get one of his cd's.
Immature? Of course I'm immature Einstein, I'm 50 and in a Rock and ROll band.
