OK then lets find out.

For me I think Jonny Marr's riff from "What Difference Does it Make" is a supreme piece of guitar playing and a riff thats happily heard all the way through the song without becoming boring unlike Morrisie's singing.

What about ya'all ?

Be excellent to each other & party on dudes!

Smoke on the water............

What?!? Someone had to do it!

Really though, lately, Master of Puppets.

Key word is "lately". There are just too many for me, to just put a finger on one.

The Spirit Of Radio - can't beat it, although Slither is coming mighty close these days. Tie Your Mother Down is also seriously good.

i'm just gonna list the ones that come to mind

Black Sabbath - sabbath bloody sabbath
Black Sabbath - Killing yourself to live (i like the groove on the intro riff)

Metallica - Sabbra Cadabra (cover of BS) but there's a riff from national acrobat about half way in which is very cool aswell.

Godsmack - I Stand alone
Metallica - its my world
Pantera - Drag the waters
Pantera - 5 Minutes Alone

And all the things you said to me
I need your arms to welcome me
But a cold stone's all I see
