Sell it, Tommy! :D
I liked that one. He did a cover of a Prince song too (can't remember which one) I used to like as well.

I remember that one. "U Got The Look", maybe?

Edit: I think it might have been "Kiss".

Sorry jason, but I can top yours...

Paul Anka - Smells Like Teen Spirit

Pat Boone - Crazy Train (pretty much his entire "In a Metal Mood" album is an abomination)
you obviously never listened to the whole shatner tambourine man fiasco

Sorry, I'm late catching up on this thread.
I thought what happened in Vegas was supposed to stay in Vegas.
Would that it were so.

Former Nightwish's singer Tarja Turunen doing Smells Like Teen Spirit. As much as I like Nightwish, I can't stand this cover. The original builds and builds until exploding into the chorus. This one builds up too but goes nowhere.

The runner up goes to Flyleaf's version of the song. Love the band. Hate this cover.

All your posts are weak in comparison with this Bee-Gees alike disco version that absolutely destroys 'Confortably Numb'...by the way the name of the band (?) is Scissor Sisters.

Last Kiss - Pearl Jam . If you're not going to change the song at all , why bother recording it . The original , although dated now , was much better .

If I claim to be a wise man , it surely means that I don't know .

You got my vote, Rgalvez.
That was just awful!

It's the rock that gives the stream its music . . . and the stream that gives the rock its roll.

Scissor Sisters could do with their track cutting a little - maybe the last 3.12....

BTW, in the "related" section, take a look at the title of the second song....that's a pretty good description of them.

:D :D :D

Phish doing Great Gig in the Sky by Pink Floyd. I'm sorry Trey, you just can't do those vocals. I remember being all excited when I found that bootleg of Phish doing Dark Side of the Moon (I'm a big Floyd fan as well as a big Phish phan), but man, it just sucked horribly.

No...wait a minute...THE worst has GOTTA be the flip side of "They're Coming To Take You Away" by Napoleon someone-or-other. If the front side wasn't bad enough...the flip side was the same thing run freakin' backwards!
