I am looking for an acoustic slide dvd course that focuses on open g and d. I looked at the Bob Brozman set, but his stuff is a little to technical and busy for my taste. Lots of fancy techniques, but no feeling. Could someone recommend another DVD? Thanks

I haven't seen his instructional DVDs, but I've had the pleasure of meeting and jamming with Mike Dowling and if his instructional skills are matching his great playing and pleasant laid back nature, then this two-DVD set should be a sure bet:
