Well a friend of my uncle has offered to help, so what are the best research materials, blueprints etc for a first build?

It's pretty thorough, but I'm pretty sure it would be a good place to get lots of info and ideas to start building. Have fun and Good Luck! (I may build my own sometime)

Thanks, it shouldn't be too hard to replace the single coil with a humbucker in that should it? Though I wonder if there isn't a simpler way to fabricate the bridge?
