My bronchitis has evolved into pneumonia so I'm not sure when I'll be able to record this. I had one good day to sing on Sunday and thats when I recorded my last two.

As others have said, good catchy song. If you're looking for suggested improvements then throwing in a reference to the cute girl who is serving it up might add an extra point of interest - and be in keeping with that style/era of song. Lots of possible ways of comparing the girl's looks/sweetness/appeal to the the ice-cream, or just adding her for some extra colour and story. But if you're not looking for suggestions, then it's just fine as it is too. :)

I'm surprised that anyone has gone back to November to look at this. Yes, I'm feeling better. It turned out that one of my medications was not working and it was causing constant upper respiratory infections.
