Fender Telecaster played through Roland Cube 30W amp on acoustic setting - chorus on full, reverb about 3/4, bass about 1/2, virtually no mids, treble almost full, with plenty of gain. Also, I used the middle setting for the pick-ups and full treble on the guitar.
