You might get a bit more feedback if you actually tabbed it out or explained in English what you're trying to do - ie, "song's in open G tuning, sliding up to the fifth....etc etc.....
I'm not being sarcastic at all, I for one can't read music - so notes on a scale might as well be Sanskrit to me. If you could somehow simplify the arrangement - and I know tab doesn't give any timing - it'd help.
As for adding lyrics - well, tell us more about the MOOD of the song - sad blues? upbeat blues? something inbetween?
