Well I have not been here for a year but it sure is amazing that this has been going on for 3 years! thats A LOT of songs!!! anyway, I did have a little trouble this week due to the lack of inspiration for a song and spending more time reading other peoples songs than actually writing mine  . Well here is a portion of it beause I could not thinnk of any more. I think there may need to be another verse between V1 and C1 and a couple more verses and mabye another C. Any suggestions would be grately appreciated!

(Verse One)
My guitar sits gently in the corner,
Nothing will disturb its peace,
Showoff you dangerous curves,
That can only be tamed by me.

(Chorus)
Live strong live long,
My guitar will never fail me.
Live strong live long,
For time as far as the eye can see.
Live strong live long,
No one will ever stop me.

No matter what anyone says, these four men were the Innovators! of modern Rock & Roll!

Bst,

So I'm not the only one suffering from writers block this week.
Good work so far but I do have a couple of suggestions. On the verse:

"My guitar sits gently in the corner,
Nothing will disturb its peace,
Showoff you dangerous curves,
That can only be tamed by me. "

How about adding a human touch:

"My guitar sits gently in the corner,
Nothing will disturb Her peace,
Showing off Her dangerous curves,
That can only be tamed by me. "

The Chorus seem like it could use one more set of lines to me but I sometims get a little caught up in a 4/4 format . As in 4x4=8 and your chorus has six . That could just be me.
