Hi Everyone
This week-end is Easter (a long week-end in the UK) and is also my sister's birthday (I'm writing this at her house). Also I've just come back from 3 days in Amsterdam which is an amazing place and I urge you all to visit. All this gadding about - sounds like a real jet set lifestyle. ;)
So as it's a bit of a holiday week-end (and I'm still recovering) I see no reason why the SSG can't have a little breather this week. This means no new assignment but a chance to work on the past couple of assignments and finish them off, maybe even get them posted.
Hopefully as we've been exploring different styles over the past five weeks you'll have understood that good writing and the aims of the SSG, in general, are independent of style or genre. Good writing is just good writing.
Next week we'll start a multipart assignment which went down well last time but we'll do a variation on it this time.
In the meantime enjoy the easter week-end and I'll see you all on the boards.
