Interesting take on the assignment :D So if I understand it, Summer is personified and the singer is blaming Summer for all the trouble the singer has gotten into.....maybe a teenager as the singer is concerned about the parents reaction.
Seems like a lot of room open for the style of music.
Suggestion:
Who were you running from?
Where are you going to? > WHERE WERE YOU GOING TO (fits better then with "Where are they taking us?")
What are you gonna do?

The location can all be set in the back of a police car or at a police station.....which you might want to also consider giving some details of the location to build up some concrete images to make the lyrics more memorable
Also this verse is in the song twice...is that planned or an accident?

I hadn't done any more on this. I was thinking a staccato delivery like "Canary in a Coal Mine" Since there is no chorus, I repeated the forst verse at the end. Really needs some kind of bridge or chorus.

Maybe the weather does have something to do with it. This is "cool season" in Thailand, but it's t-shirt and shorts season all year round here.
