I tend to give less leeway to someone who we are giving free advertising to.
20 of his 21 posts have been about his site. He doesn't contribute elsewhere.
And he has a real attitude if anyone dares criticise his site.
I totally agree that he's a parasite - pushing his site, whilst contributing absolutely nothing to the one giving him advertising space.
We have the right to determine what is allowed and what is not, just as he does on his site. We should leave his original post, with the link to his site, delete all the other posts on the thread and lock it. Either he shows willing to leave his attitude on his site and, maybe even, contribute positively to GN or we simply lock him out.
Freedom of speech gives you a right to freely express your opinion - it does not confer the right to express it in any manner you see fit. It is up to the host to decide HOW things are done under his roof, so to speak and, if Uriah doesn't like it, he should sling his hook.
