Is it just me being overly sensitive, but does anyone else feel that GN is being changed for the worse by Pet's incessant off-topic chattering?
She never seems to have anything to say on a factual level, just inane chuntering about anything but music.

I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.

Yes, I think she's a little over the top sometimes too.   I think it's fair in the O & P section to enforce the rule about anything "music related".   I think I might have removed the Pay Pal thread for that reason too -- it's not music related.  (All right, word association is often not music related either, I know).

But if you're thinking about reining some of the rabidly off-topic stuff in, I think it would be justified.

I've probably deleted 30 of her posts in the past month.

So no you aren't imagining things.

And she's still all over every post, like a bad rash.

When I logged in this morning, just about every single forum had the name "pet" as last poster.

Just think - if she carries on like this, one day she's going to be...

Nick's idea of making it conditional on writing articles came to mind, but I don't think "Avoiding fashion faux-pas in a punk band" is quite what we're looking for   ;D

Notice the thread in "Suggestions" on "A New Forum - lol".  Nick posted the reasons that we don't have an "Open" forum to discuss religion, politics, and recipes, and viola!  Pet and Deadlock apologize in public.  Izzy too, sort of, (someone edit that!).

Go figure...
