Given the size of the captive guitar community that use this site, had any consideration been given to having the site sponsored by a big-name guitar company? I dont imagine that *that* big an annual contribution would be required to cover the server costs, and they could maybe throw in a guitar or something as a give-away every so often.
I realise a decision like this would be a pretty big leap, with many implications (will guitarnoise suddenly be percieved as 'that fender/gisbson/etc site') and demands they might have in return... but just thought id throw it out there anyway.
