I was looking on forums for instrument reviews, but the only way to do that is such the instrument you want a review for. I noticed there is a section just for reviews of instructional material, why not instruments.
The first thread that somebody creates for a specific guitar could become "sticky" and everybody that has played that same/similar guitar could write a review or leave a comment in the same thread. That way you could have plenty of reviews neatly organized and easy to access.
Anybody else like this idea?

Mike put it succinctly, but he's correct. Harmony Central has the largest collection of reviews, and it's quite well organized. Many GNers post their questions on the relevant forum for guitars, basses, and amps, and often get useful responses. But it's not what GN does best.
