I think a lot of people woudl appreciate that, and it'd draw even more people into the game. Also it would not be a major inconveinience because it tends to stay in the top 5-7 posts all by itself anyway. It'd be much appreciated, I think

My point, though, musen, is that since they are likely to stay in the top few anyway, it won't hurt anythign to make them sticky; they won't be taking anybody's spot because they would be on the page anyway. it would make things slightly easier for their routine visitors and it would call mroe attention to them for newbies... The more the merrier!
if, how ever, there is some administrative reason of which I am not aware why you don't want to (such as if you try ot avoid making stickies out of anythign but moderator comments) then I understand completely. All I thought was that it wouldn't really hurt anything if there was on reason not to, but if there is it's cool
