I'm going for a Death Cab For Cutie sound, [most similair to "I Will Follow You Into The Dark"]

Now, I'm pretty sure the guitar he was playing was an acoustic.

I want just the right acoustic guitar, so far I'm torn between these two:

Another thing, would an acoustic-electric, sound as authentic as a plain acoustic guitar?

As stated already, I'm going for a soft sensitive Death Cab sound.

This is the acoustic-electric one I'm considering:

Input???

I've seen I'll Follow You Into The Dark played on an acoustic, and it sounded pretty good. I've played other Death Cab songs on electric with no distortion, though, and it sounded pretty good.
