I dont get it. It was working fine with quicktime and now I get no sound? Weird cause Itunes and everything else is working fine? Hmmm, I cant seem to remember how to change my media player to something else, like windows media player instead of using quicktime to play the sound file? anyone know this, My brain died.

I just tried a few different beginners songs and they all played fine with WMP.
Go into Windows Explorer and choose TOOLS/FOLDER OPTIONS/FILE TYPES then page down to MP3 or whatever and change it to Windows Media Player.

I fixed it. Quicktime when I updated it changed the speaker configuration to stereo instead of mono.
