What is the easiest fingering for a beginner on this one. For now I'm looking for a non-barre if possible.
Thanks.
Index finger on the 1st string at the 1st fret
Pinky on the 2nd string at the 3rd fret
Ring finger on the 3rd string at the 3rd fret
Middle finger on the 4th string at the 3rd fret

I'd just take the A chord and move it up to the 3rd fret, and just play the DGB strings.
Thumb on 6th string, 6th fret
Ring finger on 5th string, 8th fret
Pinky on 4th string, 8th fret
Middle finger on 3rd string, 7th fret
Index finger on 2nd string, 6th fret.

Move a four string F chord up to the 6th fret, or move the three highest strings of a D chord to the 11th fret.
What Taso said. Some options:
Bb [x x 3 3 3 x] or [x x 0 3 3 1]
Bbmaj7 [x 0 3 3 3 x] or [x 0 0 3 3 1]
Bb6 [x x 3 3 3 3]
etc etc
Also "mini-barres":
Bb7 [ x x 3 3 3 4 ]
Bb9 [ x 3 3 3 3 4 ]
Bbmaj7 [ x x 3 3 3 5 ] or [x 0 3 3 3 5 ]
Bbmaj9 [x 3 3 3 3 5 ]
Also, if the difficulty you're having with barre chords is getting a clean sound on the first string ,
(a common problem), you can just leave it out or let it mute..as follows:
Bb [ 1 1 3 3 3 x]
