Are all adult classical guitars the same size?
I just bought one that the seller claims to be adult size but its lower bout is smaller than in the regular adult classicals I have seen and owned. I purchased it through the Internet and it doesn't seem to match the adult sized advertised one due to the difference in lower bout upper bout sizes.

No, they're not all the same.

Some body shapes vary. Flamenco guitars also look a lot like classicals, but the body shape is slightly different. If you have one or two plastic tap plates on the top, it's a flamenco - but not all flamenco guitars have them.

The biggest differences are in scale length. 'Normal' is 650mm - about 25.6" from nut to saddle... but some manufacturers make short scale length classicals - you can find some that are 600-635, and some make slightly longer ones, up to about 665-670.

Half size for classical is about 550mm, and 3/4 size is about 590. So it's quite possible you've got a smaller than average 'normal' or 'full size' classical.
