I never really thought that more exspensive string would really produce and give off such a richer fuller sound but I bought a good pack of strings today, the new dean markley's blue steel, the quality of the sounds the guitar is putting out now has beyond intensed, would like to say if you're new to guitar don't buy cheap strings, they will just frustrate you and not let you put out the sound you want.

what kinda guitar do you got weedyrs? I agree, strings have a major impact on the tone of the guitar.

Also try diffrent gauges. Thicker gauges will also sound diffrent.
